Locana Support

For account, purchase, gameplay, or privacy assistance, use the developer contact shown on Locana's App Store product page.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the Locana Store after signing in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. Subscription management and cancellation are available in the App Store account settings.

Account deletion

Open Locana, go to Account, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes the Locana account and associated server data. Active App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
